I can't remember how old but it was so old it had gone senile. It'd run around in her (the sister's) room, in which they also had a computer. I remember sitting by that thing, and suddenly felt teeth biting into my toe. That rat apparently thought I was food. Scary memory. Sorry to hear of your loss, though. Losing a pet always sucks.
