Alky is an open source project that aims to translate Windows binaries into OS X or Linux binaries. Although it isn’t mentioned explicitely on any of their pages as far as I could find, it’s limited to x86 (Intel). (Dworkin was curious enough to glance through the source code and figure that out.)
