Yet another article that touches on the information overload (Wired) that many are dealing with, some more successfully than others:

A holy book for the information age is turning stressed-out worker bees into members of an unlikely new cult obsessed with keeping an empty inbox.

More rumblings on the CIA leakage (BBC News):

US Democrats have urged the White House to give a full account of senior aide Karl Rove’s alleged role in disclosing the name of an undercover CIA officer.

As usual, considering what it would be like if the roles were reversed (Dan Gillmor) leaves you rolling your eyes and wondering about the world in general, at the very least:

I assume you remember what happened back in the late 1990s, when the U.S. and its NATO allies were at war in the Balkans. Many among the American right wing had called that intervention a bad mistake even though congressional votes had gone largely in favor.

As you recall, there were revelations about the origins of the U.S. intervention: Among them, President Clinton had either invented or grossly exaggerated the evidence he used to justify the military action.

More on podcasting (BBC News) and its growing popularity:

Even though first reference to “podcasting” is to be found just last October, there are now tens of thousands of people throughout the world creating and distributing their own.

That’s it for now.

Now playing: Goo Goo Dolls – Bullet Proof (from Dizzy up the Girl)
