I’m sure this is documented, but for my own sake I’m going to put this here:

Option + c cedilla / cédille ç
Option + e <char> acute / ague / aigu áéíóú
Option + i <char> circumflex / circonflexe âêîôû
Option + n <char> tilde ãõñ
Option + u <char> umlaut / tréma äëïöüÿ
