All of that is assuming Microsoft is paying anything as a multiple of the actual number of CDs sent (the price of a shipment of that scale is probably negotiated before the first form is POSTed).
Oh, I know. But somewhere MS is paying for it and while 150 CDs for one person is excessive, that’s gotta sting a little.
How many Windows XP users do you think there are? I’ll give you a hint; 150 CDs are indistinguishable from zero CDs in this case.

Oh, I think the hole will get fixed, I’m just suspicious it is as likely to be through the work ethic of a Microsoft engineer reading that guy’s blog as by the accountants annoyed at jerks wasting the company’s resources.
